About Karin

Physician · Clinical Sexologist · Sex Educator

I started in traditional medicine, but quickly followed my curiosity into the beautifully complex, sometimes messy reality of human sexuality. Because sex doesn’t happen in a vacuum, it sits at the exact crossroads of our biology, psychology, culture, and relationships, I wanted to understand it from every angle. In addition to a Medical Degree, I hold a Master’s in Clinical Sexology and Couples Therapy, a Master’s in Sexual Counselling and Education, and a Master’s of Science in Public Health and Health Promotion.

My work has spanned clinical practice, public health programmes, and international education across the globe. Over the years, I’ve sat with individuals and couples navigating the most private, tender, and chaotic parts of their lives—exploring questions about desire, intimacy, pain, identity, and connection.

Whether in a private consultation or delivering international workshops on sexual health and wellbeing, I keep encountering the exact same truth: people are carrying deep, burning questions they’ve never felt safe enough to ask out loud. Usually, all they really need is a professional who will listen without flinching, judge-free.

That is exactly who I am, and what I do.

I work with individuals and couples from all walks of life, cultures, and relationship configurations, offering online consultations in English, Spanish, and French. Because of my unique background as both a physician and a therapist, I don’t separate your physical body from your emotional world. You don’t have to fit into a neat little box here.

Pleasure, intimacy, and relational wellbeing aren’t optional luxuries or shameful secrets. They are central to the human experience. They deserve to be taken seriously—and they deserve to be celebrated.

Let’s talk about it.
